The event will take place at the Hotel Bonaventure Montreal. Iconic landmark of the city, the Bonaventure offers elegance, quality, and service, with its sumptuous 2.5 acres of gardens as well as a year-round outdoor heated pool. The hotel is located at the center of the city, near many top attractions. Its modern and newly renovated conference rooms, tailored by Montreal design firm Lemay Michaud, offer an inspiring environment.
The Organizing Committee has negotiated a special room rate for participants at the Hotel Bonaventure Hotel.
Rooms must be reserved latest by Friday, March 29th, 2024. We encourage our participants to reserve early as the block is very likely to sell out.

Additional Room Charges/Inclusions:
- Rates are quoted in Canadian currency and on a per room, per night basis. They are subject to applicable taxes (currently a 3.5% Occupancy Tax per room per night and %5 GST and 9.975% QST).
- Self-Parking $26/day
- Check-in time: 16:00 / Check-out time: 11:00. Early check-out charges will be applied (up to the full amount of the night) for departure dates not changed at the time of check-in. Late check-out can be approved by Front Desk on day of departure and may incur additional charges.
- Rates are applicable 3 days pre- and post-event, although guestrooms are subject to availability.
- Complimentary WiFi in all guestrooms and common areas.
- Complimentary access to Fitness Centre, including the outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and dry sauna.
