1. I can’t login to the Web App, what do I do?
Contact our support team via the Live Chat option on this page. The team will send you a new password via Live Chat during the LIVE event hours or email you a new password if you are submitting your request outside of these hours. Once you are logged in you can go to “My Profile” then “Password” to create your own password.

2. Where can I consult the program agenda?
Click on Program either in the menu bar or the Dashboard of the Web App.
3. How do I access a live session?
First, make sure to login into the Web App with your email address and the password you created when you created your account to register to the conference.
On the Dashboard click on “Live” and then click on the session you would like to join. You will then see the video livestream which you can start and stop.

4. How do I ask a question to a Plenary speaker?
Once you access the live stream, you will see a text book where you need to enter your name and then click on the blue button "Join audience". You will then see the Q&A icon and the Chat icon appear on the right side of the video.
Please submit your questions in the Q&A box. You will see the submitted questions from other participants. If you have the same question, simply give that question a thumbs up. The moderator will then see which questions are the most popular ones. The moderators will do their best to answer as many questions as possible.

5. Can I chat with other participants?
Yes, once you enter your name and click on the blue button "Join audience", you will see the "Chat" icon appear.
There you can post your general comments or simply say hello to your colleagues who are attending virtually.

6. How does the Chat at the Help Desk work?
- When one of our staff is online, you will be able to simply start chatting with the person online and ask your question. Our team will be live during these hours:

7. Do I need to check-in anywhere in order to get my CME credits?
When you log into the Web App, the system creates a time stamp which we will use as your check-in. You therefore don't need to take any action.
To receive your Certificate of Attendance to CSE 2024, you must complete the evaluation form at the link below, including a global evaluation as well as speaker evaluations, by May 22. All participants who have completed the evaluation form will receive their certificate by email by May 31. 1. Do I need to check-in daily in order to get my CME credits?
You need to sign in ONCE DAILY on the paper sign-in sheets at the registration desk. You don't need to sign out.

2. How many Credits can I claim?

This event is an accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada and approved by the Canadian Cardiovascular Society. You may claim a maximum of 19 hours (18 hours for virtual participants)
Please claim credits commensurate with the extent of your participation in CSE 2024.
International Accreditation
Through an agreement between the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert Royal College MOC credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
Live educational activities recognized by the RCPSC as Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) are deemed by the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) eligible for ECMEC®.

This survey is set-up so that it can be completed progressively.

5. How do I message another attendee?
Go to the "Delegate Connect" icon on your Dashboard and search for the name of the person you would like to contact. Then click on the “Details” button next to their name. If the person agreed to be contacted by other participants, you will see a button “Contact by Email”. When you click on this button you will be able to send a message to the person. You will not see the person’s email address but the message will be sent to their email as well as to their inbox in the Web App.
6. Where can I update my privacy setting?
On your Dashboard click on “My Settings” then go to “Privacy” and you will be able to choose if you appear in the delegate list and if other attendees can message you.
7. I don’t want other attendees to email me, what do I do?

Please chat with our support team on this page. If nobody is online at the moment you try to reach us, please send a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it will be hard to reach us by telephone, therefore please address all your questions in the live chat box on this page.
9. Where can I find the recordings?
Available recordings will be posted within the Program section, NOT in the LIVE section of the Web App. The recordings will be released in two phases.
Phase 1: Morning blocks will be posted during lunch time and afternoon blocks will be posted at the end of the day.
Phase 2: Within one week of the conference, individual session presentations will be add in the Program section.
