- Registration fees to the in-person event include entry to plenary sessions from May 1-3, as well as virtual access. Learning Labs and Workshops can be purchased for an additional fee.
- Learning Labs and Workshops cannot be purchased without a registration to the in-person conference.

Cancellation: Full refunds, less an administrative fee of $50 for physicians and $25 for all other categories, will be made for written cancellations received by April 15, 2025.
